Change can be beautiful.
I believe that we all have the solutions to our problems/struggles/blocks inside ourselves and I never experienced it as clearly and hands on as in my recent hypnotherapy training with @evolveandrelaunch. The effects are instant when you are ready to change, grow and let go.
The last couple of weeks have been emotional and messy. I felt overwhelmed by what was going on in the world and in my life. I have felt challenged on many different evels.
This week I prioritise my health and my energy above all else. I have noticed, that I am more tired during the day lately and that I feel that I 'need' chocolate to make it through until the evening. Nothing wrong with chocolate, I love chocolate. I just love it even more when I eat it because I want to and not because I 'need' it. When I 'need' it, it gives me less pleasure, I eat more and guess what: It doesn't r e a l l y support my energy or mood levels if I'm honest.
Happy New Year!
I meditated outside today. For about 25 minutes I sat with my eyes closed. Just listening to the wind and the waves, feeling the warmth of the sun on my face, the wind in my hair and the warmths of my sleeping boy against my chest. It was exactly what I needed in that moment. A moment to come back to myself, to connect with my breath and to check in with how I was feeling inside.
