This week I prioritise my health and my energy above all else. I have noticed, that I am more tired during the day lately and that I feel that I 'need' chocolate to make it through until the evening. Nothing wrong with chocolate, I love chocolate. I just love it even more when I eat it because I want to and not because I 'need' it. When I 'need' it, it gives me less pleasure, I eat more and guess what: It doesn't r e a l l y support my energy or mood levels if I'm honest.
