Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness, is a wonderful yoga style for body, mind and soul. It helps you to increase your overall health, wellbeing and vitality as well as the flexibility and strenth of body and mind. KY combines movement, breathing, postures, hand positions (mudras) and the chanting of mantras.

The classes are open to everybody, regardless of fitness level, age ore previous yoga or meditation experience.

Kundalini Yoga was brought to the West in the late 1960’s by Yogi Bhajan and is suitable for everybody.

What to bring to a class:
Yoga mat
Meditation cushion or towel
Blanket for relaxation
Water bottle

Fridays: 10:30 – 11:45 a.m.
Mats and blankets are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you want. This class is taught by a beautiful team of teachers.
