Kundalini Yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness, is a wonderful yoga style for body, mind and soul. It helps you to increase your overall health, wellbeing and vitality as well as the flexibility and strenth of body and mind. KY combines movement, breathing, postures, hand positions (mudras) and the chanting of mantras.
The classes are open to everybody, regardless of fitness level, age ore previous yoga or meditation experience.
