For this busy time of the year we have chosen a yoga practice designed to let body and mind relax and de-stress – followed by Gong Yoga Nidra.
Kundalini Yoga is a wonderful yoga style for body, mind and soul. It is suitable for every body and every fitness level. It combines movement, breathing, postures, hand positions (mudras), meditation and the chanting of mantras.
After having moved and stretched you will enjoy a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra Gong Bath. This is a guided relaxation accompanied by the healing sound vibration of the gongs (38“ Sun, 40“ Moon, 32“ Eight Corners of Heaven, 28“ Sedna). Being part of a gong bath is very healing and restoring because it vibrates on every level of your being.
This class is for all levels. No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, Cushion, bolster and/or anything you need to be very comfortable and warm for the gong bath.
Let us know if you need to borrow a mat.
