Let’s get together and raise some money for the people and animals who are affected by the bushfires.

Kundalini Yoga is a wonderful yoga style for body, mind and soul. It increases your overall health, wellbeing and vitality as well as the flexibility and strength of body and mind. Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breath, postures, hand positions (mudras) and the chanting of mantras. It helps to ease and prevent back pain and to calm a restless mind.

The class is open to everybody, regardless of fitness level, age ore previous yoga or meditation experience.

About the yoga teacher:
Anne is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Level 1 and 2 and teaches since 2012. She is also a certified practitioner of Amanae – Transformational Bodywork. Please get in touch if you have any questions and also if you need to borrow a mat.
